*Position: *Marketing Coordinator *Anticipated Start Date: *February 3, 2025 Level Ground Trading's Marketing team is a cooperative, communicative, forward-thinking & positive environment where hard work and innovation are valued. The Marketing team is responsible for the Level Ground brand image and ensuring our strategic marketing plans are executed. *Job Overview * The Marketing Coordinator position assists the marketing team in creative development, campaign execution and general marketing support at Level Ground. _Marketing Support_ · Fills and manages listing, promotional, and event forms · Leads tradeshow/event plans · Works with the Marketing Manager on special project deployment _Creative Development_ · Prioritizes and adjusts workflow for creative development, working with multiple stakeholders · Develops marketing material that adheres to brand standards · Regularly checks on Level Grounds brand presence, assuring all material meets expected standards _Digital Marketing_ · Social media design and posting · Maintains website content · Produces written/design content for newsletters _Product Management_ · Manages grocery partner image/content listings · Manages image/content listings for new and existing GS1 listings _Role Requirements_ ? Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop ? Marketing theory & branding ? Comfortable with Microsoft 365 suite ? Comfortable with new technology and software programs Roles Assets ? Understanding of the context of CPG & Speciality Coffee industries ?
