*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
* Answer phone calls using professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information about the hotel services.
* Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings, reservations, and guest information in the hotel management system.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
* Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
* Cleaning and organizing front desk & hotel lobby.
*Experience*
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel schedule.

Pay: $17.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 ? 44 per week
