*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store management by overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a passion for retail management. *Duties* * Assist in managing store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. * Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance performance. * Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures. * Maintain inventory levels and assist with daily operations and Social Media content * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. *Experience* * Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Proficiency in cash handling and payroll processes. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively in various situations. * Experience in restaurant management is highly desirable.
