In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan their dream vacations and travel experiences. You will leverage your expertise in customer service, hospitality, and sales to provide personalized travel solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with travelers. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. * Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and local attractions to enhance the client experience. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication. * Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and new travel products to offer clients the best options available. * Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure competitive rates and packages for clients. * Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings using our internal systems. *Requirements* * Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is highly desirable. * Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotel accommodations, and transportation options. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software is a plus. * A passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
