We offer more than just a job: we create learning opportunities and exciting long-term career paths!</p><p></p><p>? <strong>Our Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Modern and ergonomic offices equipped with the latest technology</li><li>Personalized career path based on your aspirations and interests</li><li>Hybrid work arrangement for greater flexibility ?</li><li>Company culture focused on recognition, where every contribution is valued</li><li>Flexible days off to manage unexpected situations</li><li>Group RRSP with employer contribution to secure your future ?</li><li>Comprehensive wellness program, because your health matters to us</li><li>Dynamic social club with monthly activities to strengthen team spirit ?</li><li>Human-sized company promoting autonomy, with a flexible management structure</li></ul><p></p><p>? <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure renewals are completed within established deadlines</li><li>Maintain client retention</li><li>Process new business within required timeframes</li><li>Perform risk analysis, coverage review and identify changes or gaps compared to last renewal</li><li>Prepare, verify and transmit various insurance documents such as quotes, coverage notes, invoices, certificates of insurance, endorsements, etc.</li><li>Prepare proposals that were completed in the last year and those to be completed for the new year</li><li>Gather information for updates with clients or in collaboration with the producer (if applicable)</li><li>Develop marketing strategies and/or collaborate with the producer (if applicable)</li><li>Provide customer service, receive calls, respond to specific needs and work in collaboration with the "producer" etc.</li><li>Negotiate renewal conditions and modifications (endorsements) with insurers</li><li>Ensure collection of accounts receivable in collaboration with the Finance Department</li><li>Monitor recommendations issued by insurers and inform the producer of any issues</li><li>Handle insured claims requests and provide required assistance</li></ul><p></p><p>? <strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Business/Finance OR DEC in Insurance and Financial Services</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years experience in commercial insurance brokerage</li><li>AMF insurance broker license</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills</li><li>Knowledge of EPIC software (asset)</li></ul>- LocationLaval, QC
