Position #: 202439 Expected Start Date: December 02, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: Victoria Hospital City/Town: Prince Albert Department: General Surgical Nursing Unit Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: NoSalary or Pay Band: Pay Band $51.10 to $62.50 (5 step range)Job Description: Physician Assistants (PAs) are academically and clinically educated medical generalist who practice medicine within a formalized relationship with a physician. Regulated by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), PAs collect and interpret medical information, make appropriate clinical decisions and carry out diagnostic and therapeutic interventions within a formalized Physician/PA relationship agreement approved by the CPSS.
