Are you looking for a flexible employer that will give you the opportunity to grow within the company?</span></p><p></p><p><span>This job is for you!</span></p><p></p><p>We?re looking for a<b> Sales Representative</b> to join our team!</p><p></p><p>The Sales Representative is responsible for implementing sales and service strategies for our by-products collection service for restaurants, grocery stores, and industrial accounts within Markham and the surrounding territory.</p><p></p><p>This position requires frequent travel to customer offices and facilities, with approximately 80% of your time dedicated to travel.</p><p></p><p><b>Why Sanimax: </b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary with commission based on target achievement</li><li>Permanent, full-time position</li><li>Complete group insurance program (dental, medical, life insurance, disability insurance, etc.)</li><li>Telemedicine</li><li>Pension plan with employer contributions</li><li>Gym and fitness activity reimbursement</li><li>Continuing education</li><li>Possibility for advancement</li></ul><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will: </b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customers database.</li><li>Adapt a consultative approach to add additional service to suit customer needs</li><li>Maintain steady growth through identification of new prospects</li><li>Collaborate with the key accounts management team on specific nationwide partnerships that have already been established</li><li>Establish and improve customer relationships with restaurant and grocery store owners</li><li>Review our current offer with customers present in your territory to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and improve renewal on an on-going basis</li><li>Manage the volume of business for your assigned territory</li><li>Create innovative customer service initiatives to increase customer satisfaction</li><li>Follow up with customers and our customer service team via phone, email, and other channels to provide support</li><li>Travel to meet customer facilities to enhance understanding of their business needs</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>University/College diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or equivalent experience</li><li>3-5 years of experience in sales, new business development, and market growth</li><li>Sales experience in the food industry, restaurant and grocery store (an asset)</li><li>Proven track record in business development and successful innovation</li><li>Being able to adapt rapidly and willingness to succeed</li><li>Valid Ontario driver?s license</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>Excellent time management & organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Resourceful and capable of working independently while thinking creatively</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!</b></p><p>Follow us on LinkedIn</p><p></p><p><i>Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
