 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$90,710 - $122,726 Process improvement expertise rewardedLead credit policy and process redesign and improvement. You’ll support customer-facing staff, mitigating credit risk and enhancing the customer and employee experience. What you’ll do: Collaborate with colleagues on enterprise-wide projects Assess risk appetite and customer impactsDesign and manage credit policies and proceduresEvaluate recommendations and evaluate goals, deliverables and results Provide informal leadership to the team on various projects  What we’re looking for: Proven leader who builds relationships and embraces change Confident communicator passionate about helping others succeedAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Team player with intellectual curiosity who is driven to understand underlying issues  What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance or agriculture and at least five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Understanding of lending policies and risk mitigation strategiesProven process improvement expertise- LocationRegina, SK
