*Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk - Strata Management * *Location: Richmond (7320 Westminster Highway, Richmond, BC)* *Department: Finance & Accounting* *Reports to: Finance Manager* *About Us: * CENTURY 21 Prudential Estates (RMD) Ltd. is a real estate sales and property management company located in Richmond, BC. For more information on our company, please visit our website at www.Century21pel.com *Responsibilities:* - Processing accounts payable invoices. - Performing monthly bank reconciliations of bank accounts. - Preparing monthly financial statement packages. - Responding to inquiries from vendors and property managers. *Qualifications:* - Previous experience in accounting is essential. - Previous bank reconciliation experience required. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. - Fluent English, both speaking and writing is required. Other languages are an asset. - Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment. - Must have proficient computer skills. - Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). - Knowledge of the property management industry is an asset. *Compensation* - Competitive salary and group insurance/benefits offered. - Paid vacation time, paid sick days, and office closure during statutory holidays. *Start Date* - As soon as possible.
