Redhead Production Enhancement, a subsidiary of Redhead Artificial Lift Ltd., is an emerging leader in the multiphase pump and gas compression market to the oil and gas industry. Redhead Production Enhancement, based in Lloydminster AB, is currently recruiting a motivated individual to work as: Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) This role requires a highly professional and personable individual who demonstrates strong mechanical skill set, clear and concise communication, organizational skills, and who enjoys working in a busy environment with significant growth opportunities. *Duties would include, but not limited to:* · Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment · Assembly and pre-commissioning of new Redhead multiphase pumps, gas compressors and pumping units. · Operating field service truck to support the installation and start up of Redhead equipment. · Troubleshoot and execute maintenance activities across western Canada. · Reconditioning and repairing of customer equipment, and parts. * Read diagrams, schematic drawings, and service manuals to determine work procedures. * Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed. * Working within a team, and on occasion on your own depending on the task. *Qualifications* * Journeyman Industrial mechanic, millwright, or heavy-duty mechanic. Apprentices will be considered depending on experience. * Have knowledge of pumps, compressors, and gearboxes. * Strong Hoisting & Rigging skills. * Experience with equipment overhauls. * Construction and commissioning experience an asset. * Be motivated, well organized, punctual, honest, and willing to learn. * Have strong customer service and communication skills. * Be flexible with time scheduling to meet customer needs, OT will be required when needed.
