*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight with care. If you are passionate about driving and logistics, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods over long distances. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. * Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. * Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation. * Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness. *Requirements* * Valid commercial driver?s license (CDL) required. * Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record. * Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations. * Experience in automotive repair is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if required.
