```Duties:``` - Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints - Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue - Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and financial performance - Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, including conducting performance evaluations - Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing hotel policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, conferences, and special functions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry - Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences - Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage - Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices to optimize financial performance - Ability to effectively communicate with guests, employees, and vendors at all levels - Proficient in hotel management software systems for reservations, bookings, and reporting - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
