*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled _*Certified Dental Assistant*_ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
* Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
* Take and develop dental radiographs.
* Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental software.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the office.
* Support pediatric patients with a gentle approach, especially during their visits.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience as a _*Certified Dental Assistant*_ is mandatory.
* Familiarity with dental software system Tracker.
* Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
* Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining patient records and managing appointments.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
*\*NOTE* - Only *CERTIFIED* Dental Assistants will be considered for the position. Chairside assistants will not be accepted.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 ? 24 per week
