*Job Summary* We are seeking a reliable and skilled licensed Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services to customers in need, ensuring their vehicles are handled with care. This role requires excellent customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various towing equipment. *Duties* * Respond promptly to towing requests and emergencies, providing timely assistance to customers. * Operate tow trucks and other towing equipment safely and efficiently. * Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best method for towing or recovery. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns. * Perform routine maintenance checks on towing equipment to ensure safety and reliability. * Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including vehicle information and customer interactions. * Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate towing assignments and manage workload effectively. *Qualifications* * Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred; experience in commercial driving is a plus. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable. * Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. * Must possess a clean driving record and pass background checks as required. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
