There is lots of variety involved in this stimulating position, so you?ll need to be highly adaptable as you?ll be playing a key part in ensuring that our aircraft are ready for a safe, secure and on-time departure.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>If you love working in a fast-paced team environment, problem-solving, and helping others, book your seat today and take your career to new heights. </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><b><span>What your day-to-day looks like: </span></b><span></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>As a Lead Ramp Agent (Lead Station Attendant), you will be managing baggage and freight, plus operating a variety of equipment. </span><span>You are a working member of the team and will provide guidance, coaching and assistance to Ramp Agents (Station Attendants), so that company standards are met and consistently always applied to ensure safety and optimal customer service, as well as on-time performance.</span><span> You will also be:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Responsible for the safe and efficient on-loading and off-loading of cargo and customer baggage \ Preparing aircraft for arrival and departure.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Effectively communicate and coordinate crew for all operational flight activities with all stake holders</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Marshalling or towing aircraft to gate positions for customer boarding and deplaning</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span></span></span></span><span><span><span>Driving and operating aircraft servicing vehicles and equipment. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure compliance with established corporate uniform and safety equipment standards</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><span><b><span>What will you find with us?</span></b><br></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span><b>Wellbeing:</b> Every aspect of your wellbeing and of your family, matters to us.
