Administrative SupportPublic Trustee ServicesOpen CompetitionTemporary, Full Time (12 months)FrederictonThe New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission (NBLASC) is seeking an individual to join the Public Trustee Services Branch in Fredericton as an Administrative Support for a 12-month temporary position with possibility of extension.Who we areThe NBLASC is a team of professionals advocating with compassion. They also administer the estates of deceased and missing persons and protect the financial interests of children. We advocate for our clients and act in their best interests by collaboratively working as a team, with all relevant stakeholders.What you will doAs Administrative Support, you will provide support to the Public Trustee Services branch. The duties may include but are not limited to:Create, maintain, and archive files for Public Trustee Services;Make phone call and email inquiries to external stakeholders;Scan and copy, fax and mail client documents;Manage, track and update different spreadsheets;Assist in the processing of invoices;Manage shared inboxes, monitor incoming faxes;Assist with document preparation for estate referrals;Other related duties as assigned.Who you areYour attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:Need to have (Essential qualifications and skills)· Completion of 1-year post-secondary training in a related disciplineRelated work experienceWritten and spoken competence in English is required.
