*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. The Physiotherapist will work in a collaborative environment within a hospital setting, utilizing their expertise in medical terminology and acute care. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall function. * Educate patients and their families about treatment options and rehabilitation processes. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. * Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and techniques. *Experience* * A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required. * Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, particularly in acute care environments. * Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. * Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families. * A commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of physiotherapy.
