*Construction Project Manager*
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Responsibilities
* Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
* Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness
* Communicate project status, issues, and changes to project stakeholders, including customers and team members
* Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in construction management software
