*Position Overview:*
As the Executive Assistant at Provincial Homecare, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our executive team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
* Prepare, edit, and distribute communications, including presentations, memos, and emails.
* Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy access to critical documents.
* Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Plan and coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
* Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address potential challenges.
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and company operations.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
* High level of professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Experience in the healthcare or homecare industry is an asset but not required.
