*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks, overseeing vendor relationships, as well as customer relationships and supporting other staff members. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for team management.
*Duties*
* Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee vendor management, customer management including maintaining relationships and negotiating contracts.
* Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
* Utilize phone systems to manage communications effectively within the office.
* Data entry, inventory reporting as well as invoicing.
* Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance to ensure high performance.
* Communicate with team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve any issues that arise.
* Assist in organizing office events and meetings as needed.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with vendor management and outstanding customer service is a plus.
* Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
* Conscientious with strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
* Previous experience in supervising or managing a team is advantageous.
