We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. Health by Hamdon first opened Sept. 1st, 2015. Thankfully, since then the clinic has grown year over year. We strongly encourage building lasting relationships with our patients, which is shown in our new patient numbers as 70% of new patients hear of us by word of mouth. We have a great team, and looking for another great team member. Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary clinic which offers Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Counselling. Perspective applicant may benefit if they are certified in Dry Needling/IMS and who is experienced/trained in concussion management. This would be beneficial but not a must. What we offer: - A competitive split commission salary - Flexible schedule - Guaranteed minimum monthly salary. Responsibilities may include: - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to help patients regain mobility and function - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Educate patients and/or their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Skills that may be helpful: - Experience in acute care settings - Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care and communication.
