We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to fill the role of Admission Consultant at our training center. This position is crucial in providing an exceptional experience for our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. While experience in a training or educational setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
*Responsibilities*
* *Client Interaction*: Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression. Provide detailed information regarding training programs and admission processes.
* *Phone Management*: Answer incoming calls, providing clear information and answering queries while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
* *Appointment Scheduling*: Efficiently schedule consultations, admissions, and appointments, ensuring accurate and timely management of the front desk calendar.
* *Admissions Support*: Assist prospective students with the admission process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, ensuring they have all necessary information and support.
* *Administrative Duties*: Perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate client records, and manage filing systems using tools like Google Suite and QuickBooks.
* *Proofreading & Document Management*: Proofread documents for accuracy and ensure that all communications are clear and error-free before distribution.
* *General Office Assistance*: Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by performing administrative and support tasks as needed.
*Skills & Qualifications*
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and QuickBooks for basic administrative and financial tasks.
* Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications.
* Effective phone etiquette with excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
* Previous experience in an educational or training environment is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and client-oriented approach.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

* Weekends as needed
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
