*Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process, coordinating between teams, managing timelines and ensuring that all production activities are executed efficiently and on schedule. The Production Coordinator will work closely with our Operations Manager, vendors and sales team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. *Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate and schedule all aspects of production including, but not limited to crew, materials and logistics. * Communicate with various departments to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables and resources. * Track production schedules and timelines, providing regular updates to the Operations Manager. * Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise. * Maintain accurate documentation and records of all production activities. * Issue out work orders to installers. * Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols on site and during all production activities. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant or similar role in a production environment is an asset. * Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-orientated and proactive in problem solving. * Knowledge of production scheduling software and basic project management tools. * Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols. *Benefits* * Group benefit plan/Company RRSP Plan * Competitive Salary.
