Overview:Adastra Corporation is hiring! We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources Team. In this Specialist role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of HR functions to support the employee life cycle and manage the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, a personable individual with strong multitasking capability, has excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and a passion for all things HR. Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid work model: currently two days in office required) Status: Full Time, Permanent Responsibilities: Create and refine job descriptions, standardized templates, and job postings on targeted platforms to strategically attract top talent Conduct the new- LocationMarkham, ON
