Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company. With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders deliveries a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies. The Project Manager will work closely with the Construction, Management and Site Team to efficiently manage the projects documentation, submittals, reviews, and quality management processes. This will require extensive communication with the internal team members and external Consulting Engineers, Subtrades and Suppliers. Experience in Mid-rise commercial or Condo projects would be an asset. Responsibilities: Develops conceptual- LocationBrampton, ON
