Provide services related to the preparation and distribution of medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures ? Ensure Administrative responsibilities for the store ? Providing exceptional patient-centered care. ? Maintain good standing with the BC College of Pharmacy. ? Maintaining a professional setting for retail and community outreach pharmacy ? Maintaining a compassionate environment and supporting patients ? Maintaining and protecting patient confidentiality ? Maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship among health care professionals; responding to requests, building rapport ? Contributing to team effort and corporate goals ? Perform clinical and drug distribution responsibilities as required. *Job Specifications & Qualifications:* ? License to practice in the province seeking employment ? Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills ? Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills. ? Computer proficiency. Hands on Experience with Kroll. ? A bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a Canadian University. ? To complete a national board examination through the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada. ? Practical experience through an apprenticeship or an internship program. ? Should be registered with British Columbia College of Pharmacists. ? Train in the principles of good pharmaceutical care, including patient counselling and care. ?
