This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic company environment, managing impactful campaigns for the laboratory services and contract research industries, and helping evolve our family of brands including Keystone Labs Inc. *Key Responsibilities* * Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. * Website Coordination: Collaborate with web developers to update and maintain website content, ensuring alignment with SEO strategies. * SEO Optimization: Analyze SEO reports and implement content strategies to improve visibility and engagement. * Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities. Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve marketing strategies. * Brand Development: Evolve and curate the company?s family of brands to ensure consistency and appeal across all channels. * Content Creation: Develop compelling video and digital collateral, showcasing strong graphic design skills, knowledge of print file production, and an eye for detail. * Event management: supporting trade show attendance and booth materials. * Project Management: Take ownership of marketing projects, from inception to delivery, while tracking and reporting on results. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with technical and strategic goals. *Qualifications* * A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. Those with less experience may be considered on an exceptional basis. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS, and email marketing platforms. * Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) and demonstrable design skills. * Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. * Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical contexts.
