*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your expertise in sales and customer service to provide personalized travel solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. *Duties* * Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. * Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. * Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and during the client's travel experience. * Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to offer informed advice. * Handle any issues or changes that may arise before or during the trip, ensuring client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the company database. * Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services for clients. *Skills* * Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets. * Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients. * Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality services is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple bookings simultaneously. * Proficient in using travel booking software and tools. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
