\*\*Painter Job Description\*\* \*\*Overview:\*\* Bertram Construction, an AMK Barrett Investments company, is seeking a skilled Painter to join our dynamic team in the HRM and South Shore areas of Nova Scotia. As a medium-sized property development company with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial rental units, we offer a rewarding opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to our ongoing projects. \*\*Duties:\*\* - Perform various painting tasks including but not limited to construction painting, residential painting, and maintenance touch-ups. - Utilize skills in drywall repair, caulking, and rig setup to ensure high-quality finishes. - Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to achieve precise results. - Collaborate with carpenters and other team members to ensure project completion. - Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks effectively. \*\*Skills:\*\* - Proficiency in drywall repair, caulking techniques, and blueprint reading. - Experience in construction painting and residential painting. - Ability to work collaboratively with carpenters and other tradespeople. - Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks on-site. - Knowledge of rig setup for painting projects.
