*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be committed to patient satisfaction. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. * Execute a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and preventive care. * Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for patient management and record keeping. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with industry standards. * Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures to promote overall wellness. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities. *Experience* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required. * Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. * Proficiency in using dental software such as Epic or CAD is advantageous but not mandatory. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. * A commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
