*Duties & Responsibilities*
The psychometrist will report to the Manager of the Primary Care Unit and will provide psychological testing, scoring, and consult with AHT FASD team members as authorized and under the supervision of the neuropsychologist.
* Provide the agency with in-house psychometric assessment capacity using psychometric instruments and clinical assessment skills, under the supervision of a neuropsychologist.
* Provide the agency with personal and parental capacity assessment supports which aid in early decision-making and assessments.
* Administer, score and interpret psychometric instruments.
* Provide consultation with peers regarding psychological methods and findings.
* Liaise with educational authorities as required.
* Complete timely and quality documentation in the EMR.
* Effective consultation with Traditional Healers, and social work, physician, speech pathologist and neuropsychologist team members concerning new referrals and assessment process, in both written and verbal communication.
* Demonstrated initiative regarding the quantitative impact of findings.
*Qualifications, Skills & Experience: *
* Bachelor?s degree in psychology/health sciences/statistics
* Extensive psychometric evaluation background - academic and experiential education with a focus on children ages 4 to 18.
* Knowledge of various objective and specialized tests, and their appropriate selection, administration, utilization and interpretation
