Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 11-15 people. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Support for mature workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination . Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
