Our focus on innovation, efficiency, and excellence drives us to continually improve and excel in our industry. *Position Overview:* We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated Accountant to join our growing and dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate must possess an Canadian accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CGA) along with a robust background in financial management, accounting, and budgeting, particularly within the manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and growth of our company and you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting for one or more companies. *Responsibilities:* * Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Analyze complex financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations * Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, such as maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and recording financial transactions * Monitors transactions and identifies regulations * Developing the annual budget and forecasting and conduct quarterly variance analysis * Manage liquidity through collections and payable activities * Financial analysis * Any other duties assigned *Qualifications:* * Must possess CPA designation. * Have three years or more experience in relevant experience or in a similar role * Proficient in Microsoft Office - excel (Pivot Tables, VlookUps) and powepoint. * Strong understanding of full-cycle Accounting * Attention to detail, strong time management, organization skills and accuracy * Proficiency in computer usage and ERP/accounting systems. * Strong communication skills (oral and written) * Critical thinking * Strong leadership skills Join our team as an Accountant where you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
