Job Description:Position Overview: The Manager, Finance - Sales position at General Mills Canada Corporation is accountable for the financial management, oversight and partnership for the Metro, Walmart & Independents/Channels businesses. This role acts as the co-pilot for both Sales Directors for Metro & Sobeys. The role requires holistic P&L Management & Performance while championing sustainable-profitable-growth and win-win retailer partnerships through short- and long-term mindsets. The role as co-pilot requires agility and strong prioritization, managing IBP/PEAK cycle cadence while providing thought leadership to help execute strategic plans.
