What You?ll Do: * Strategic Financial Leadership: You?ll oversee the financial operations and strategy, providing key insights to the leadership team to drive smart business decisions. * Master of Budgets & Forecasts: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans?ensuring every dollar is maximized. * Financial Reporting Wizard: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, and keep the business in the know with transparent reporting. * Cost Control Champion: Analyze expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and streamline processes to boost profitability. * Compliance Guru: Ensure we?re always compliant with financial regulations and tax laws, keeping us on the right side of the law. * Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team, mentoring them to achieve excellence while maintaining a strong internal control environment. Who You Are: * Financial Expert: You bring proven experience in financial management, ideally as a Financial Controller or in a similar role. * Data-Driven: You love diving into the numbers, using them to craft solutions and inform strategy. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with accounting software and spreadsheets, and always on the lookout for ways to leverage technology. * Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is second to none?you never let a number slip through the cracks! * Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture and have the ability to align financial planning with business goals. * Collaborator: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with teams across all levels of the business. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call * Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-10- LocationLaval, QC
