Provoke meaningful professional meetings every day! <br>Today, I am recruiting for one of my great clients located in Montreal, a Salesforce architect with at least 5 years of experience. The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great benefits.</p><p>Aujourd'hui, je recrute pour un de mes beaux clients situé à Montréal, un architecte Salesforce avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience. Le poste est permanent, mode hybride et avec de beaux avantages sociaux.</p><p>- **Architectural Design**: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. <br>- **Solution Development**: Oversee all Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring quality and consistency of solutions. <br>- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into tailored and effective technical solutions. <br>- **Integration and Optimization**: Design seamless integrations between Salesforce and other information systems, while optimizing performance and business processes. <br>- **Governance and Compliance**: Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, and ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements. <br>- **Innovation**: Monitor Salesforce feature developments and identify new opportunities to improve business value through the adoption of innovative technologies.</p><p>- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred). <br>- **Experience**: 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 4+ years in an architecture role, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale solutions. <br>- **Certifications**: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (asset). <br>- **Technical Skills**: Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; proficiency in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs); strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL tools. <br>- **Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a team; proactive approach and innovative mindset. <br> <br>The use of English is required in this position for the following reasons: <br> <br>Communication with international clients: As some of our clients are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing. <br>Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will have to collaborate with English-speaking suppliers and partners for order tracking and contract management. <br>Writing documents in English: You will be responsible for writing reports, proposals or contracts in English, for our international clients.</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
