Overview: Join our team as a Travel Consultant and embark on a rewarding career in the travel industry. As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service and tailored recommendations. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints - Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities - Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services - Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip to ensure client satisfaction - Stay updated on industry trends, travel advisories, and visa/passport requirements - Handle any issues or changes to travel plans efficiently and professionally Experience: - Previous experience in the Travel Industry in Ontario - Familiarity with hotel bookings and travel packages is advantageous - Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in using booking platforms and reservation systems GDS If you are passionate about travel, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for others, we invite you to apply for the Travel Consultant position.
