*QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:*
· Bachelor's degree and/or diploma, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical field
· Experience with Windows / Linux operating systems
· Experience with Windows / Linux networking
· Experience working with on-premises servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment
· Experience with scripting and configuration management
· Experience with backup software and methodologies
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
· Experience with Guidewire is an asset
*THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:*
· Install, configure, and maintain current and future network infrastructure
· Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for use by other IT staff
· Consult with third party vendors to ensure compatibility and compliance
· Monitor network and system infrastructure, proactively respond to issues
· Provide technical support to staff
· Participate in IT audits, when required
· Research and recommend enhancements to data collection systems
· Maintain network security via staff training, patching, implementing best practices, etc.
· Maintain and manage network backups
· Research, test, and implement network upgrades, and new functionality
· Effective listening, written, and verbal communication skills
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
