This role will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with plumbing codes and regulations. This position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to lead a team, and a commitment to adhering to industry standards and regulations. *Job Description* * Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures. * Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues with efficiency and accuracy. * Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure the timely completion of projects. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. * Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. * Stay updated on the latest plumbing techniques, tools, and technologies. *Requirements* * At least two years of experience as a plumber * Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices * Able to read technical blueprints and drawings * Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively * Valid plumbing license recognized in Ontario is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program * A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
