*Insurance Office Supervisor * We at Maxxam Insurance Kelowna are looking for an Office Supervisor! As the Maxxam Group continues to grow, are looking for a driven motivated individual to join our team. *The Ideal Candidate:* -Level 2 licensed, with a minimum of 3 years in Personal Lines and Autoplan. -Has an understanding of ICBC Autoplan, Fleet, Garage, Tenant, Home, Condo, Farm, and Hard to Place Risks, as well is willing to learn Commercial Lines. -Can assist with training agents, and keeping the office running in an efficient manner. -Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve. -Excellent communication skills both written and verbally. -Has excellent time management skills. -Motivated to lead a team, and progress their own career within the Insurance Industry. -Ability to maintain a book of business, issue new policies, process renewals, and stay organized. \*Ideal candidate's schedule would be Tuesday - Saturday\* If you are looking to step into a new role, or have the experience, we want to hear from you!
