Our company is a local marketing agency based in midtown Toronto. At Dankos, we pride ourselves in being a truly unique full-service marketing and media agency. By developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns from A to Z, we help businesses streamline their outsourced vendor processes and increase ROI by reducing the use of outsourced vendors, saving hundreds of hours on admin and project management duties and offer them cost effective solutions to replace their marketing needs.
We have a boutique agency feel but work with some of the largest brands in the country. Our business services over 25 vendor industries in one convenient hub, with key specializations in business, brand development/management, direct/online marketing, and as well as campaign solutions. We also provide an array of unique printing products, custom packaging options, signage & display systems, and other related services (i.e. graphic/web design, photography, animation etc). We build and execute campaigns start to finish allowing businesses to focus on the rest of their day-to-day operations.
*The Role:*
As an Account Executive, the key focus of the role is sales. Your objective is to generate new business and assistance in managing existing accounts, raising brand awareness, as well as generating new strategic partnerships for the company. After an in-depth training, a majority of your day is spent on the phones, in meetings (virtual and/or in-person) communicating with vendors, agency partners, and existing/potential clients.
*Your Daily Tasks Include:*
* Performing cold/warm calls an estimated 30 to 40 businesses daily
* Gathering lead data for businesses alignments
* Maintain CRM and client data for projects
* Perform qualifying marketing audits over the phone
* Setting/attending meetings with prospective clients
* Evaluating client budgets, needs and selling packages that suit them best
In the role you are selling and up-selling to both new/existing customers. The services you?re selling are business development/marketing packages that provide products and services to small/mid-sized and corporate companies within diverse industries/regions.
*Compensation:*
This is a contract role to work full time hours (37.5 to 44 hours weekly). We offer an uncapped COMMISSION based payment structure, with monthly bonuses, and a potential earning structure of $75,000 to $80,000 annually. Our compensation plans are designed for success, and schedules are flexible to unique, hard working candidates.
*Requirements:*
We are looking for youthful, energetic, sales professionals with an interest in business development and the marketing industry.
The ideal candidate is one that:
* Has a minimum of 2 years Telesales experience (areas of digital advertising/print/media an asset)
* Is well spoken, fluent in English, and have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* Understands and has experience in using Microsoft and Google tools, CRM platforms, and other web based platforms (WE WILL TRAIN ON INTERNAL SYSTEMS)
* Must be driven, dedicated, and looking for long-term growth
* Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, driven to close, constantly raises the bar
* Relevant education in industries related to Marketing, Communications, PR, New Media, Design and related fields is an asset but not mandatory.
* Understands that this is hybrid role, and some work travel may be required
*Ideally able to work the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon-Fri. Hybrid work is a part of our work culture.*
