*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. Your contributions will be vital in assisting with medication administration, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. *Responsibilities* * Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. * Maintain medication inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing storage. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns regarding medications. * Support patient care by ensuring proper documentation of medication administration and assisting with prescription refills. * Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with health regulations and safety standards. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role is preferred. * Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members. * A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
