*Job description* Are you a therapist looking for something different? Our clinic, The Ability Clinic, is a state of the art, brand new rehab facility, connected to an already established doctors facility. This allows for collaboration with over 15 doctors of various specialities, all under one roof! *Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and passionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate would be someone who is keen on working with all types of MSK patients. We are looking to optimize our network of referrals to provide the ideal candidate with a full caseload of physiohterapy patients. *What we provide* * State of the art facility and equipment with private rooms * Competitive splits and compensation * Collaboration with specialty Physicians, RMTs, and Chiropractors * Amazing and supportive work culture * Growth Opportunities! *Your Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. * Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care. *Your Requirements* * Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherpapists of Ontario * Experience is an asset but new grads are welcome! *Benefits* * Free Ability Clinic work attire * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients!
