Team members collaborate closely with each other to fully franchise the client while delivering the full spectrum of TD Wealth Services, Private Investment Advice, Private Investment Counsel, Private Banking, Private Trust, Wealth Advisory and Insurance Services.Job Description:Reporting into the Manager, Business Oversight & Best Practices, the Manager, National Field Associates is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled support staff with diverse capabilities conducting day-to-day operations of fast-paced insurance practices located across Canada a positive working environment, effective change management, consistent process improvements, and adherence to ever-changing regulatory and control requirements.Accountabilities:Lead, coach, develop and oversee a diverse team of Estate Planning Advisor Associates (EPAA)Develop key relationships with the EPAs for continuous feedback on the EPAA(s) that support their practiceActively participate and contribute in WISI National Office Management Team meetings and strategic initiatives providing input and feedback as requiredContribute to the process of setting performance objectives for the EPAA team; track, monitor and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely mannerLead the recruitment and selection process for all EPAA hires to ensure a highly diverse, qualified workforce to achieve business objectivesWork with Business Oversight & Best Practices team to champion operational improvements and coordinate the implementation of new policies & procedures intended to improve the quality of the client experienceRemain abreast of client feedback on service quality and engage Business Oversight & Best Practices team to coach the team towards preventing issues and improving the client experienceChampion change management initiatives to ensure implementation is smooth and adoption is earlyAssist EPAA team with day to day problem resolution and escalation requestsPromote a fair and inclusive environment that supports a diverse workforce and encourage the team to achieve common goals and objectivesEnsure employees are knowledgeable; and assume responsibility to minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of ConductKeep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.Skills Required:5+ years of related people manager experienceExtensive knowledge of Insurance, industry, and carrier partnersRequires strong knowledge of Insurance systems, applications, processes and proceduresPossess excellent people management, coaching, and stakeholder management experienc
