Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Other vegetables and melon farming (except potato). Tasks: Apply fertilizers. Cut agricultural crops. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Hand harvesting vegetables. Harvest seedlings. Mixing fertilizer. Monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns. Pack fruits and vegetables. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Sort fruits and vegetables. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Type of crops: Blueberries. Sweet corn. Vegetables. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Judgement.
