We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and every step of your career.</p><p><br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a mid-sized company in the metallurgical industry located in East Montreal, seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time permanent position (day shift, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.).</p><p>Your Role<br> <br>Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities include: <br> <br>-Leading and supervising a team of 7 maintenance technicians. <br>-Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities. <br>-Ensuring the availability of production equipment in collaboration with relevant departments. <br>-Diagnosing technical issues and proposing solutions to minimize downtime. <br>-Managing material resources, including parts and equipment procurement. <br>-Maintaining a safe work environment compliant with current regulations. <br>-Tracking performance metrics and preparing periodic reports. <br>-Contributing to process optimization and participating in continuous improvement projects.</p><p>Your Skills <br> <br>-Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team. <br>-Strong technical expertise in industrial mechanics and/or electromechanics. <br>-Organized and results-oriented. <br>-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize. <br>-Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding manufacturing environment. <br> <br>Your Profile <br> <br>-Technical degree (DEC) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or equivalent. <br>-Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. <br>-Knowledge of the metallurgical industry, an asset. <br>-Bilingual (French/English, spoken and written). <br>-Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). <br> <br>What We Offer <br> <br>-Annual gross salary: $90,000-$100,000, based on experience. <br>-Annual bonus: 10% of base salary. <br>-Benefits: Comprehensive group insurance and employer-contributed pension plan (up to 18%). <br>-Fixed day shift schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
