This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service. *Duties* * Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. * Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets while fostering a positive work environment. * Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products. * Handle cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining cash control. * Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning to optimize profitability. * Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement. *Experience* * Proven experience in pizza making and service environment is preferred. * Strong skills in sales, team management, and leadership are essential for success in this role. * Familiarity with inventory control is highly desirable. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing solutions.
