We?re looking for a *Condominium Manager* to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services to our condominium clients. *Position Details * *Job Title: *Condominium Manager *Salary: *Starting at $60,000 annually *Contract: *Permanent, full-time position *Start Date: *January 6, with paid training opportunities available in December *Hours: *Full-time, including on-call availability and evening board meetings *Benefits: * * Paid personal and sick days * 2 weeks paid vacation * Closed for the Christmas holidays * Benefits reimbursement program *Your Role * As the *Condominium Manager, *you will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of condominium management, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting both the administrative and operational sides of the business. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to: * *Condominium Operations:* Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing owner communication, and ensuring compliance with condominium policies and regulations. * *Team Leadership: *Provide direction and support to the administrative team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. * *Client Relations:* Interact with condominium owners and tenants, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions. * *Reporting and Documentation: *Maintain accurate records and provide reports to senior management on key performance indicators, budget updates, and other operational matters. * *Compliance:* Ensure all operations adhere to applicable laws, including health and safety, building codes, and condominium regulations. * *On-Call & Evening Work:* Be available for on-call duties as needed and attend evening board meetings and events. *What We?re Looking For * We?re seeking a driven individual who has a strong work ethic and a team-focused mindset.
