If so, as a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative for Glass Doctor, you will take care of our customers and prospective customers by providing them professional, courteous support, and create trust that we are best to help them address their specific needs. We will provide the training and knowledge to set you up to succeed as you field calls and emails from people who have broken home, auto or business glass, or have other glass needs. Specifically, you will: * Be the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers to address their need and schedule them for service * Convert leads to appointments and sales by providing quality helpful information * Create accurate and complete work orders * Follow up on outstanding quotes to earn their business * Provide professional service and solutions to customers * Communicate internally about customer opportunities and challenges This role is a salaried position with clearly defined targets and objectives, and the opportunity and expectation to earn bonuses and commissions.
