*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, effective time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. * Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning projects. * Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated schedules. * Handle heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns from clients or staff. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any issues that arise. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to lift heavy objects as needed (up to 50 pounds). * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and coworkers. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
